MICHELIN recommended Moody Tongue Sushi, from the only MICHELIN starred brewery in the world, Moody Tongue, is excited to introduce a new world-class dining experience in South Florida. Located within an intimate space in the newly renovated Hilton West Palm Beach, acclaimed Brewmaster Jared Rouben and Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri have designed a hyper-seasonal 13-course omakase menu with an optional curated beer pairing from the renowned culinary brewery. Signature courses will highlight selections such as King Crab Gunkan, served with English pea and trout roe, with a Daidai Lager; or, a Torched A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Hand Roll with shishito pepper and garlic, paired with a Piquette Cerise.
