Celebrate the New Year with a four course pre-fixed menu from 7-9PM

Couvert: Mousseline butter with fleur de sel, freshly baked pita bread & marinated olives 

Amuse Bouche: Wagyu crudo, pickled mushrooms, black truffle, caviar paddlefish

Starter: Burrata, balsamic glazed tomatoes, citrus segments, basil oil, focaccia 

Entree (choice of): Ribeye butter poached prawn, potato mille feuille, chimichurri or confit cod loin, garlic potato mousseline, broccolini, toasted migas

Dessert: Salted caramel creme brulee, rose petals, sparkling sugar
