Lewis Miller has been called the Banksy of Flowers, surprising every day New Yorkers with his random street art installations called Flower Flashes. With his floral and event design studio in West Palm Beach, Miller is focused on engaging the community and bringing his Flower Flashes to all West Palm Beach residents.
