CARINA was founded in 2020 as a passion project during the COVID-19 pandemic, and has grown into a successful e-commerce and retail business. A local mother + daughter duo whose roots trace back to Liguria, Italy wanted to create luxe quality, yet affordable gifts to send to friends and family while distance kept them apart.

Inspired by the colors of the Italian coast while they daydreamed of the Riviera, CARINA was created—a line of colorful clutches with trendy sayings.
