Art Class with New Wave's Devin Osorio

New Wave Artist-In-Residence Devin Osorio invites participants to become aware of their work by learning about the metaphors and symbolism held within the pieces. Inspired by an evolving series, Soy Un Potted Plant made in 2020 and works created for their upcoming solo show, Osorio would like participants to question who they are and represent those answers through object choice and placement. 

During this adult-focused class, participants can express their self-reflection through the creation of personal altars. Arrange specific objects, flora, and beyond according to your self-identity.
