1 Fitness Workout

Join 1 Fitness instructors Brandon Parker and Erin Murphy each Sunday for a rotating calendar of HIIT and Sculpt and Sweat classes.

HIIT features 45 minutes of high intensity functional movements using various resistance training techniques combined with cardio intervals to improve strength, help build lean muscle and maximize calorie burn. 

Sculpt and Sweat features 45 minutes of low-impact HIIT style class that incorporates barre and Pilates style movements while using body weight, lightweight and resistance bands to increase the intensity.

All 1 Fitness classes are designed to help each individual incorporate various training techniques into their daily routine to improve overall well-being. They encourage clients to challenge themselves every minute within their positive and motivated environment, providing beneficial feedback to make sure each client is performing safe and effective movements!
