The Wellness Hour is a 1-hour integrative wellness workshop. It's like a yoga class, without yoga.

What to expect:

Welcome + introduction, gentle movement, visualization+ breathwork and meditative journaling. You will leave The Wellness Hour feeling refreshed and focused. 

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat, towel or cushion to sit on
  • Pen + journal
  • Dress comfortably
  • Pre-registration required for entry
