The Wellness Hour

The Wellness Hour is a 1-hour wellness workshop hosted by Linda Andrews monthly at various locations at The Square.

What to expect:

Welcome + introduction & grounding exercise, light seated movement, meditative journaling, and breathwork with our community expert.

What to bring:

  • Bring something to lie down on for breathwork (blanket + yoga mat is ideal!)
  • Pen + journal
  • Dress comfortably
  • Pre-registration required for entry + special gift
