Parking

- Garage parking is available in the Hibiscus and Okeechobee Garages. Additional parking information can be found here. 

- The Sapodilla Garage is closed for renovation. 

- Valet parking on Hibiscus Street is in front of the Harriet Himmel Theater. Operating hours and additional valet locations can be can be found here.

Future Development & Renovations

- The Laurel is is now open for leasing. The property includes luxury rental apartments, retail and restaurants on the ground level, and office space. Fill out a contact form on the website to get in touch with a leasing agent.
