WEST PALM BEACH, FL (JULY 1, 2025) CityPlace, downtown West Palm Beach’s dynamic cultural epicenter where commerce, fashion, dining and wellness intersect, announces over 125,000 square feet of new, high-profile retail brand additions by end of 2025. Curated by a 45+ year seasoned retail leasing team at Related Ross, this latest phase of strategic growth introduces a distinguished mix of globally recognized names, including Equinox, Reformation, Crate & Barrel, Rothy’s, OluKai, and Perigold. These new tenants join recent openings by Alo and Bluemercury, underscoring CityPlace’s location at the heart West Palm Beach as a prime destination for top brands establishing flagship locations.

  • Bluemercury – Now open at CityPlace, Bluemercury is a leading luxury beauty destination offering a hyper-personalized shopping experience built around professional skincare, cosmetics, and wellness essentials. Set within a modern aesthetic, the boutique is anchored by the “Center Bar” where Beauty Experts provide customized consultations as guests explore the highly curated portfolio of top beauty brands, including La Mer, Sisley, Charlotte Tilbury, Trish McEvoy, Victoria Beckham Beauty and more.
  • Equinox - The high-performance luxury lifestyle and fitness leader plans to launch a dedicated sales office this summer ahead of its highly anticipated club opening at CityPlace in late fall. As the brand’s first location in The Palm Beaches, Equinox West Palm Beach will span nearly 35,000 square feet across the second and third floors of 575 Rosemary Ave featuring award-winning design, signature classes, innovative spa, fresh juice bar, boutique, kids club and more.   • Alo – Following a successful opening this Spring 2025 drawing 600+ on opening night, Alo brings its studio-to-street sensibility to CityPlace with a sleek new outpost and plans to introduce community programming to this destination favorite. The Los Angeles-based premium lifestyle brand—short for Air, Land, and Ocean—is a global leader in high-performance apparel with a devoted following. The location offers both fashion-forward pieces and core essentials designed to inspire mindful movement, wellness, and self-expression.
  • Reformation – The cult-favorite Los Angeles brand, known for merging flattering, vintage-inspired designs with a commitment to sustainability, opened its first store in West Palm Beach this June. Featuring the brand's one-of-a-kind, tech-driven retail concept, Reformation West Palm brings the best of its online experience to its physical doors alongside a curated assortment of dresses, denim, tops, knitwear, occasionwear, footwear, and more., made with low-impact materials and transparent manufacturing practices.
  • Rothy’s – The sustainable brand redefining everyday style with its washable, wear-everywhere designs — opens at CityPlace in late summer 2025. Founded in San Francisco and worn worldwide, Rothy’s transforms recycled materials into beautifully made shoes, bags, and accessories. The West Palm Beach location will feature a curated selection of bestsellers across women’s, men’s, and kids — bringing the brand’s signature mix of style, comfort, and innovation to West Palm Beach.
  • OluKai – Blending Hawaiian heritage with a laid-back coastal aesthetic, OluKai will open its first boutique in South Florida this fall featuring an expanded offering from OluKai’s signature leather sandals to stylish, comfortable, and versatile everyday shoes, boots, and slippers. OluKai, a Certified B-Corporation, shares its spirit of Aloha with a portion of proceeds supporting the Ama OluKai Foundation.

  • Crate & Barrel – A staple in modern home design, Crate & Barrel will bring its full lifestyle concept to West Palm Beach in late summer 2025. The store will offer everything from furniture and kitchenware to home décor and registry services, providing locals and visitors with inspiration for every room of the house.
  • Perigold – Known as the digital destination for luxury home furnishings, Perigold will launch one of its first physical showroom experiences at CityPlace this September. Anchoring the design corridor on the south end of Rosemary Ave, Perigold will bring their community-loved Brand and Designer Shops to life across nearly 30,000 square feet over two floors. Perigold’s store offering will include products from more than 150 esteemed design brands like Century, Vanguard, OLY, House of Rohl, Theodore Alexander, Visual Comfort, Stark Rugs, and Scalamandre.
