Down the Rabbit Hole Easter Brunch

The culinary gem, City Cellar, is offering holiday specials for brunch and dinner. Brunch aficionados will celebrate with bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary’s paired with a fork-tender short rib Benedict ($16), crispy Brussels sprouts with thick-cut bacon and chives ($12.50), brioche donuts ($5.50), strawberry sourdough waffle ($12.50), and a mind-blowingly delicious crème brûlée and caramelized banana French toast ($14.50), served with Tahitian vanilla butter, fresh fruit, and warm maple syrup.

Executive chef Rolando Anoceto is turning up the heat with a grilled, porcini-dusted Colorado lamb loin, with English pea barley risotto, and organic mushroom black truffle escabèche. Feeling sea-venturous? The pan-seared black grouper with charred vegetable couscous and saffron nage will have you applauding after the last decadent bite.
