City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill is teaming up with Angel’s Envy Bourbon Whiskey for a heavenly chef-inspired 4-course bourbon pairing dinner from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. on September 4, 2018. Guests will enjoy perfectly paired chef-crafted cuisine highlighted with a full line-up of Angel’s Envy award-winning whiskey, straight from Louisville, Kentucky.

First Course

  • Pan seared Diver Scallop with pumpkin puree and bacon lavender jam
  • 2 oz. Angel’s Envy Raspberry Sour

Second Course

  • Coffee rubbed Wagyu short rib with bourbon bellavatano and leek bread pudding with pumpernickel crumble
  • Neat Pour Angel’s Envy Bourbon

Third Course

  • Confit duck with black garlic-cherry BBQ sauce, brussels spout slaw and parsnip chips
  • Angel’s Envy Black Walnut Old Fashioned

Dessert

  • Orange blossom and dark chocolate trifle with a bourbon caramel crème
  • Neat Pour Angel’s Envy Rye in an expresso-soaked maple wood smoked glass
